Palermo & Martini Avvocati, a law firm with offices in Udine and Bibione, needed a modern website that reflected its professional growth and made it easier for clients to find the right legal service and book an appointment. D4 delivered a complete WordPress restyling that preserved the firm's search positioning and URL structure while modernising its visual identity, content organisation and user experience.
The challenges:
- The existing website no longer reflected the firm's professional stature or the breadth of its practice areas
- Five practice areas, from criminal and family law to inheritance and civil law, needed dedicated pages and intuitive navigation
- Search positioning and the URL structure had to be preserved during the migration to avoid losing visibility
- The firm's regularly published legal articles had to be migrated and reorganised without breaking existing links
Implementation
D4 began with a visual style demo of the page templates, giving the firm a concrete preview of the new look before any production work started. Feedback from that review shaped the final templates.
The templates and the base site were then presented for approval. Once the structure was confirmed, the team loaded and revised the content: the practice-area pages, the lawyers' profiles and the published articles.
A dedicated migration step carried everything over from the old site. SEO settings were reconfigured to match the previous site, and every URL was aligned with the old structure despite the new content types created for the site. Iubenda was set up for GDPR compliance, the contact forms were configured and the full article archive was migrated.
Finally, the firm was trained on the new WordPress backend and the site went live on its domain.
