No. MAP keeps the platform running and protected within a fixed scope. A Support Plan is dedicated time for your requests: changes, fixes, small improvements. Many clients take both.
MAP is stack-agnostic: WordPress, other CMSs, platforms and custom web applications.
No. MAP works whether your site is on our hosting or hosted elsewhere. If it's elsewhere, we work on your current setup and need access to what runs it, such as the hosting panel, server, repository, database, DNS, CDN or existing monitoring tools, through shared credentials or dedicated accounts with the right privileges.
Our technical team analyzes and handles anomalies directly. If you want to hear about specific events, such as downtime, blacklisting or a detected compromise, we notify you.
No. MAP is a continuous service, but it doesn't bind you beyond the agreed period. If you leave, we hand back configurations, logs and the most recent backups.
After a technical assessment you receive the technical specification and quote. Once you've signed them, you share the access credentials and your preferred maintenance windows, and we plan the activation.
